We are looking for a Customer Support Manager, who will become a part of our talented team.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Ability to listen to customers' needs, and provide appropriate and timely resolution
- Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) - this position assumes verbal communication with the client over the phone
- Computer literacy in various applications — including CRM and/or ticketing systems
- Structured mind and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct business correspondence
- Desire to learn, develop and strive for more
- Readiness for Night shifts (from 3 pm to 3 am, 2 working days / 2 weekends)
