Customer Support Specialist (Japanese language)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (English and Japanese language), who will become a part of our talented team.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Ukrainian (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Japanese (written)
- Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google services - Google drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar etc.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Desire to grow professionally
Will be a plus:
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Improve customer service experience
- Reply to customer requests via e-mail, chat, reply to tickets
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
