Requirements:

  • Experience in IT sphere at similar position from 1 year
  • Proactive approach to life and work
  • Desire to work with people and make their lives better
  • Excellent speaking and written Ukrainian and Russian
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google services - Google drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar etc.
  • English at a Pre-intermediate level or higher
  • Attentiveness to details
  • High level of time management and self management skill
  • Ability to both build a strategy and implement it
  • Excellent organizational skills, experience in arranging events
  • Desire to grow professionally, be a part of the team and represent a team

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
  • Administering programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
  • Assisting with hiring new candidates
  • Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities
  • Company employee communication
  • Participation in planning team-building activities and corporate events
