City: Cherkasy, Lviv
We are looking for:
- Desire to work with people and make their lives better
- 2 years of hands-on experience in HR IT
- Proactive approach to life and work
- Excellent speaking and written Ukrainian
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google services - Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar etc.
- English at a Pre-intermediate level or higher
- Attentiveness to details
- High level of time management and self management skill
- Ability to both build a strategy and implement it
- Excellent organizational skills, experience in arranging people and events
- Desire to grow professionally, be a part of the team and represent a team
Responsibilities:
- Company employees communication (e.g. one-on-one conversations)
- Communicate company values to the team
- Participate in the onboarding activities
- Provide administrative support to the team members
- Administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Work with HR Automation system
- Work with the 3rd party providers to ensure team well being (e.g. medical insurance company)
