We are looking for a Middle Backend Node.js developer, who will become a part of our talented team and will actively participate in project development and support.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- 4+ years of commercial experience as a backend developer
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies
- Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL databases (preferably Postgres)
- Experience creating RESTful API
- Using 3rd party services
- Experience in writing integration, end-to-end tests using Jest, Mocha, and Chai
- Ability to plan development process set the task, and check work results
- Working experience with GIT flow
- Experience with AWS services
- Experience with Socket.IO (as a plus)
- English: at least Upper Intermediate (B2)
Responsibilities:
- Build API for the WEB and mobile apps
- Refactoring legacy code to modern new code
- Work with payment system
- Work with Video/audio calls
- Integrate third-party systems and services
- Communication with the client directly via Slack and calls
