Mobile UA Specialist (for iOS)

We are looking for a Mobile UA Specialist for Templify project, who will become a part of our talented team. This is an opportunity for the right person with plenty of room to progress while we are extending our business.
What do we do?
We assist content creators and small businesses in creating video content on their own, spending just a few minutes on it. We have 130,000 users in the United States and Ukraine, and currently, we are testing new markets and communication channels to find Product-Market fit.
Who we’re looking for:
A person to help drive users to the Templify app through paid and free channels: TikTok ads, Meta, ASA, and will test Snapchat ads and Pinterest ads with us.
Our goal is to reduce CPI from $3 to $1 and find a channel through which we can scale.
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing as a Media Buyer/User Engagement Specialist
- Proven experience how to launch, test, analyze, and scale app ads and has experience in doing so
- Proven experience how to work with Adjust/AppsFlyer/Singular
- Proven experience how to find non-standard solutions that can help you get faster and cheaper results
- Proven experience in launching advertising in top tier 1 market
- Working experience with limited resources: time, budget, people, and knows how to achieve goals
- Experience in devising promotion strategies and is responsible for budget allocation across channels
- English at an Intermediate level or higher
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively share ideas, feedback and instructions with colleagues
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances, ability to respond quickly and be adaptable
Required skills:
- Responsible for the full cycle of user engagement (creatives, traffic purchase, onboarding)
- Manage mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launch, optimization and scaling
- Experiment with creative solutions with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization
- Monitor, optimize and report on the effectiveness of advertising patients
- Research and evaluate new user engagement channels
