Requirements:

Senior CMS WordPress Developer
We are looking for:
- 4+ years of commercial experience with CMS (WordPress as a core focus)
- Strong expertise in WordPress: template hierarchy, theme architecture, child themes, custom plugins, hooks (actions/filters), custom post types, taxonomies, AJAX
- ACF Pro: repeater/relationship fields, options pages, JSON sync
- WP Bakery: custom blocks, widgets, shortcodes
- WooCommerce: template customization, checkout flows, filters, pricing rules, Stripe integration
- SEO & performance optimization: Yoast, XML sitemaps, caching, security best practices
- API integrations (REST, JSON/XML) with external services (HubSpot, Cerbo, MS Dynamics 365)
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JS/jQuery, PHP (OOP)
- Git (branching, PRs), experience with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

Middle System Administrator
We are looking for:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in the same position
- Hands-on experience with physical networking, connecting the wires, configuring network equipment, switches, routers, and WiFi access points
- Understanding builds PC laptops and the ability to fix failures
- Installation, setup, and troubleshooting of MacOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows OS
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems management (distributions, Apache/Nginx, firewall, SSH, network, Docker, etc.)
- LAN: WAN, DNS, DHCP, IP, RDP, VLANS, VPNs - understanding and ability to setup
- Practical skills with at least one of the System Virtualisation (Manage Proxmox / KVM, Docker)
- Understanding of at least one of the Cloud services (AWS, GCP)

Middle Backend Node.js Developer
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- 4 years of commercial experience as a backend developer
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies
- Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL databases (preferably Postgres)
- Experience creating RESTful API
- Experience in writing integration, end-to-end tests using Jest (preferable), Mocha, or Chai
- Ability to plan development process set the task, and check work results
- Working experience with GIT flow

Project Manager
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience in the IT field
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Experience in managing Web and Mobile applications development projects
- Experience working with eCommerce and fixed-price projects
- Strong project management skills throughout the SDLC
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and its frameworks
- Business analytics experience
- Strong presentational skills (Kick-off meetings, Daily Scrum, Project demos, Retrospective meetings)
- Understanding of server development and client-server architecture, RESTful API, Postman, Git etc.
- Being familiar with quality assurance processes, QA documentation, specifics of manual and integration testing, test runs etc.
- Estimation of big and technologically difficult projects
- Project risk management
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with the members of other internal groups
- Capability to establish and manage professional communication
- Experience of starting projects from scratch and passing through the Discovery Phase, as a plus
Graphic Designer/ Junior UI/UX Designer
Requirements:
- Digital graphic design experience (icons, illustrations, promo assets, branding elements), with a strong grasp of brand identity/guidelines and hands-on creation skills in Illustrator/Photoshop
- 1+ year of experience in Service/UX/UI design (both web and mobile)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI and UX skills in web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects will be a plus)
- Knowledge of composition and color theory, and practical application in UI
- Ability to generate creative design from the client’s ideas & requests
- Understanding of the Guide Material and Human Interface guidelines
- Exceptional attention to details
- English: Intermediate level or higher
Middle Motion Designer
Requirements:
- Experience as a Motion Designer for 2+ years
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Illustrator

- Proficiency with AI content creation tools (e.g., Veo 3, Runway)
