We’re looking for a Head of User Acquisition to join our team and lead user acquisition for Templify – a high-growth mobile/web ecosystem that helps creators and businesses produce high-quality video content using professional templates.
In this role, you will own the acquisition engine across paid channels, with a strong focus on web funnels for a subscription-based product. You will be responsible for scaling traffic efficiently, improving acquisition economics, and working closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams to maximize acquisition performance and downstream revenue quality.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the user acquisition function across paid channels, with primary focus on Meta / Instagram and web funnels
- Develop and execute the acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth and revenue goals
- Manage and optimize acquisition budgets to drive efficient scaling across the US market
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across the full paid acquisition journey
- Optimize acquisition funnel performance through testing of audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths
- Work closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to improve web funnel conversion and traffic quality
- Own acquisition analytics and attribution, ensuring clear visibility into CAC, payback, conversion rates, and cohort quality
- Identify and validate new paid acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Conduct competitor and market analysis across acquisition strategies, creatives, offers, and funnel structures
- Build a fast and disciplined experimentation process across paid campaigns and web acquisition funnels
- Partner with lifecycle/product teams to ensure acquisition quality translates into strong activation and monetization outcomes
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing / Growth Acquisition, including leadership ownership in a product company
- Proven experience scaling B2C mobile products in the US market
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, especially Instagram/ Facebook paid acquisition, and others
- Proven experience managing and scaling web funnels for subscription products, experience with web-to-app funnels
- Strong understanding of acquisition metrics: CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, payback period, funnel conversion
- Experience working with attribution and tracking tools
- Solid understanding of subscription business models and how acquisition quality impacts LTV and retention
- Experience running structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in making data-driven decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
