We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who will become a part of our talented team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English for daily client communication
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, and business mindset
- Openness to learning, adaptability, and professional growth
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tracking/documentation tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience in telemedicine or e-commerce projects
- Background with startups or early-stage product development
- Knowledge of estimation techniques and close collaboration with tech teams
- Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq)
- Basic understanding of UX principles
- Practical knowledge of API concepts (REST, SOAP, Postman) and integrations
- Awareness of compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
- Basic data analysis skills (SQL/ BI tools)
Responsibilities:
- Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions (interviews, workshops, brainstorming, surveys, process mapping)
- Visualize requirements and processes using UML/BPMN diagrams, flows, and prototypes
- Act as a bridge between clients, PMs, developers, QA, and designers to ensure a shared understanding
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, prepare scope for sprints/iterations
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle (Discovery → Delivery → Release)
- Support the team in scope management and facilitate change requests handling
- Validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and user expectations
- Contribute to process improvements, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing within the team
