We are looking for a Middle Tech PM, who will become a part of our talented team.
Location — only Ukraine.
City: Cherkasy, Lviv, remote (Ukraine)
We are looking for:
- Experience in the IT sphere 4+ years of leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on team management, stakeholder expectations management, and development
- Proficiency in spoken and written English an Advanced level
- Successful experience in leading the development of both web and mobile applications, with a focus on delivering intuitive and user-friendly solutions
- Ability to drive the development of the minimal viable product within budget and timelines, leveraging agile methodologies
- Previous experience and demonstrated success working with agile development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in defining and prioritizing product features, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Proven ability to influence decision-making across a wide variety of roles and levels within the organization, driving alignment and consensus
- Technical background preferred, with a solid understanding of software development principles and practices
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap, defining product enhancements for short- and long-term releases
- Lead product launch and release plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Create comprehensive feature descriptions to provide guidance to development teams, and contribute to and approve product-related Business Requirements Documents
- Maintain and communicate the product vision, effectively managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog
- Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitating communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the project
